Workshop on"Thriving As We Age" Offered Today for Seniors

Saybrook Counseling Center will host a Community Workshop for Seniors entitled, Thriving as we Age on Friday, February 12 from 12 to 1 p.m. at 841 Middlesex Turnpike, Old Saybrook 
 
 
Who says thriving is only for children?  As we age, our need for prosperity and success takes on a new meaning.  How do we attain a healthy balance between the natural aging process and contributing to the next generation?
